For deliveries within the mainland United States, transit times are generally consistent, though they may vary based on the distance from the specific regional distribution center to your home address. Our warehouses are in the USA and receive goods from Asia and India. Any products that come from a warehouse will be confirmed at the time of order, not checkout.
All customized, personalized, engraved, or imprinted orders take between 14 and 30 days after checkout with confirmation.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to non-contiguous states requires additional logistics. While we strive for speed, please account for the following:

General Delivery Conditions
Tracking Updates: Your 24-hour confirmation email will contain a tracking link that provides the most accurate, real-time “Estimated Delivery Date” directly from the carrier.
Business Days: All estimates refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
External Delays: Every Critter is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service interruptions, inclement weather, or peak seasonal volumes (e.g., December holiday surges).

Shipping Calculation
Shipping costs are not flat-rated; they are determined by real-time calculation at the point of checkout. These calculations are based on:
Package Weight and Dimensions: The physical footprint of the item(s) ordered.
Destination: The distance from our fulfillment centers to your delivery address.
Carrier Surcharges: Current market rates and fuel surcharges applied by the selected carrier.
Specialized Lead Times (Custom & Personalized Items)
Every Critter takes immense pride in our bespoke and high-detail products. Because these items are crafted specifically for you, they require an extended production window.
Included Items: Special orders, custom designs, personalizations, engraved items, and imprinted items (including photo imprinting).
Production Timeline: Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the completion of these items.
Post-Production Shipping: Once the 14-day production window is complete and the item passes our quality control inspection, it will be dispatched via standard shipping. You will receive a tracking notification the moment the item leaves our facility.
Delivery Restrictions (No P.O. Boxes)
To ensure the security of your purchase and to comply with the requirements of our private carriers (FedEx, UPS, and DHL), Every Critter does not ship to P.O. Boxes. * Physical Address Required: All customers must provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
Address Verification: If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order will be placed on “Administrative Hold,” and our team will contact you for a physical address. This may delay your 24-hour shipping confirmation window.
Order Tracking
As established in our Payment Policy, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of the order being ready for dispatch. We recommend monitoring this tracking number via the carrier’s official website for real-time updates.
