Payment Policy

Updated October 18, 2026. Every Critter processes orders in United States dollars (USD).

Price and Order Total

The price shown on the product page is the product price. Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the shipping destination. Free shipping is provided for eligible U.S. destinations. Checkout shows the selected products, discounts, applicable tax, and complete total before the customer authorizes payment.

First Order Discount

New customers receive 10% off their first order, including multi-item orders. The discount applies to the eligible product total before applicable sales tax. The checkout should show the discount as a separate line item and clearly show the total dollar savings.

Personalized Orders Require Approval

Payment does not start production. Every personalized order is reviewed by Every Critter staff, and a mockup of the intended finished personalization is provided for approval by email, normally within 24 hours or less after payment. Production begins only after the customer approves the mockup.

The customer may approve the mockup, request revisions, or cancel before production begins. Personalized orders remain on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting approval.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by device, payment processor, or order. Customers should enter payment information only through the secure checkout or its payment-provider screens.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout using the shipping destination and is shown before payment is authorized.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
