Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently offer free shipping to supported addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. International ordering is not currently enabled. Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes are not included in our standard shipping program unless a product is specifically shown as eligible at checkout.

Free U.S. Shipping

Shipping is free on eligible United States orders. There is no minimum purchase and no separate shipping charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the shipping destination and shown before payment.

Personalized Order Approval

Payment does not start production. Every personalized order is reviewed by Every Critter staff. We provide an image mockup of the intended finished personalization by email, normally within 24 hours or less after payment. Production begins only after the customer approves the mockup.

The customer may approve the mockup, request revisions, or cancel the order before production begins. Reasonable revisions are available before production as long as the requested changes remain within the personalization already purchased. If a requested change requires additional design work, materials, features, or customization beyond the original order, we will explain any additional cost before proceeding.

Personalized orders remain on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting mockup approval. If approval is not received, Every Critter may contact the customer again and may cancel and refund the order if production cannot reasonably proceed.

Total delivery estimate

Allow approximately 7–21 business days from ordering to delivery for supported contiguous U.S. addresses when mockup approval is received within 7 calendar days. This includes 4–14 business days for mockup preparation, customer approval and production handling, followed by 3–7 business days in transit. Extended revisions or delayed approval can extend this estimate; we will discuss the revised timing before production.

Production and Handling

Most personalized products require approximately 3–8 business days for production and handling after mockup approval. Timing may vary by product, demand, material availability, or production provider.

Delivery After Production

Delivery after production is generally estimated at 3–7 business days for supported contiguous U.S. destinations. Production and transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and Split Shipments

Tracking information is provided when it becomes available. Different products may be produced at different facilities, so multi-item orders may ship separately and arrive on different days. Customers are not charged extra shipping when this occurs.

Carriers

Shipping carriers are selected by our production and fulfillment providers based on the product, destination, service availability, and delivery performance. Carrier and tracking details are supplied after shipment.
