Terms and Conditions

Updated October 18, 2026. These Terms apply to Every Critter (everycritter.com), owned by Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC.

Orders and Payment

Product prices are shown before applicable sales tax. Shipping is free for eligible U.S. destinations. The complete order total is shown before payment is submitted. An order is not final until payment has been successfully accepted and the order has entered our order-review process.

Personalization Entry and Review

Customers are asked to enter personalization information twice and review names, spelling, dates, messages, and other custom details carefully before submitting the order. The entries must match before the order can proceed.

Mockup Approval

Payment does not start production. Before production begins, Every Critter provides an image mockup showing the intended finished personalization. The mockup is normally provided by email within 24 hours or less after payment.

The customer may approve the mockup, request an update, or cancel the order before production begins. Customers may request reasonable revisions before production as long as those revisions remain within the personalization already purchased. Requests requiring additional design work, materials, features, or customization may require a separate quote or additional payment.

Personalized orders remain on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting customer approval. If approval is not received, Every Critter may contact the customer again and may cancel and refund the order if production cannot reasonably proceed.

Commitment to Production

Once the customer approves the mockup and the order enters production, the order is considered committed. Requests made after production begins are reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Personalization Standards

Every Critter may decline, pause, or cancel personalization requests that are unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, defamatory, infringe intellectual property rights, cannot reasonably be produced, or are otherwise inappropriate for production. In rare cases we may also request a change, pause, or cancel an order because of availability or production issues.

Product Variations

We work to make each product match its description and approved personalization as closely as possible. In rare cases, slight variations in color, engraving position, finish, material appearance, or other minor details may occur because products are individually produced or personalized.

Product Information and Availability

Availability may change. Items shown as out of stock cannot be purchased until availability returns. Materials, dimensions, care information, production method, and intended use are provided where available and applicable.
