Every Critter is a small, family-owned and operated pet business built by people who have grown up loving animals of all kinds. Every Critter is owned by Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC, a family-owned and operated company.

We believe every pet has a personality, and every pet should have a way to show that personality to the world. Our products focus on personalization, names, messages, colors, and details that help people celebrate the animals they love and share that personality with family, friends, and the world around them.

At this time, Every Critter is a personalization-oriented pet product store. We may add luxury pet jewelry and accessories as the catalog grows.

How We Handle Personalized Orders

Some products are produced with the help of carefully selected production and fulfillment providers. Providers may change over time based on product quality, availability, cost, production capability, and our goal of bringing more services in-house where practical.

Every personalized order is reviewed by a member of our staff. After payment, we prepare or review a mockup of the intended personalization and send it to the customer for approval. Production does not begin until the mockup is approved.

Every Critter remains responsible for the customer experience, personalization approval, product presentation, communication, and the standards we expect from every order.
