4.1 Shipping Carriers

Every Critter utilizes a network of premier global and domestic carriers to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. Depending on the weight, value, and destination of your package, we utilize:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • DHL Express

The specific carrier for your order is selected at the discretion of our logistics team to provide the most reliable service for your specific location.

4.2 Shipping Calculation

Shipping costs are not flat-rated; they are determined by real-time calculation at the point of checkout. These calculations are based on:

  1. Package Weight and Dimensions: The physical footprint of the item(s) ordered.
  2. Destination: The distance from our fulfillment centers to your delivery address.
  3. Carrier Surcharges: Current market rates and fuel surcharges applied by the selected carrier.

4.3 Specialized Lead Times (Custom & Personalized Items)

Every Critter takes immense pride in our bespoke and high-detail products. Because these items are crafted specifically for you, they require an extended production window.

  • Included Items: Special orders, custom designs, personalizations, engraved items, and imprinted items (including photo imprinting).
  • Production Timeline: Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the completion of these items.
  • Post-Production Shipping: Once the 14-day production window is complete and the item passes our quality control inspection, it will be dispatched via standard shipping. You will receive a tracking notification the moment the item leaves our facility.

4.4 Delivery Restrictions (No P.O. Boxes)

To ensure the security of your purchase and to comply with the requirements of our private carriers (FedEx, UPS, and DHL), Every Critter does not ship to P.O. Boxes. * Physical Address Required: All customers must provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

  • Address Verification: If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order will be placed on “Administrative Hold,” and our team will contact you for a physical address. This may delay your 24-hour shipping confirmation window.

4.5 Order Tracking

As established in our Payment Policy, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of the order being ready for dispatch. We recommend monitoring this tracking number via the carrier’s official website for real-time updates.
