Delivery Policy

Order Review Before Production
Every personalized order receives human review after payment. Every Critter provides an image mockup for approval by email, normally within 24 hours or less. Production does not begin until the customer approves the mockup.
Total delivery estimate
Allow approximately 7–21 business days from ordering to delivery for supported contiguous U.S. addresses when mockup approval is received within 7 calendar days. This includes 4–14 business days for mockup preparation, customer approval and production handling, followed by 3–7 business days in transit. Extended revisions or delayed approval can extend this estimate; we will discuss revised timing before production. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Production and Transit
Most personalized products require approximately 3–8 business days for production and handling after mockup approval. Delivery after production is generally estimated at 3–7 business days for supported contiguous U.S. destinations.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when it becomes available. An order-confirmation email is not a dispatch confirmation.
Split Shipments
Different products may be produced at different facilities, so multi-item orders may ship separately and arrive on different days. Customers are not charged extra shipping when this occurs.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
Email contact@everycritter.com with your order number and tracking details if a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with the relevant provider or carrier as needed.
Address Eligibility
Our standard shipping program currently covers supported addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes are not included unless the product is specifically shown as eligible at checkout.
