5.1 Geographic Service Area

Every Critter currently limits all sales and deliveries to the United States of America and its outlying islands. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to foreign countries. Customers must provide a valid physical delivery address within the 50 states or recognized U.S. territories.

5.2 Distribution Network and Fulfillment

While our corporate headquarters and administrative offices are located in Staten Island, NY, Every Critter utilizes a decentralized distribution model to expedite delivery times.

  • Warehouse Locations: We utilize various warehouse locations across the United States.
  • Shipping Origin: The final shipping cost and transit time are determined based on the distance from the specific Distribution Center holding your inventory to your Home Delivery Address.
  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.

5.3 Transfer of Risk and Title

In accordance with standard commercial practices:

  • F.O.B. Shipping Point: Ownership and the risk of loss transfer from Every Critter to the customer at the moment the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) takes possession of the package at our distribution center.
  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is in the carrier’s network, Every Critter is not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical failures, or carrier logistics.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A package marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system constitutes successful fulfillment of the sales contract.

5.4 Delivery Security & Physical Address Requirement

As established in our Shipping Policy, no deliveries can be made to P.O. Boxes. * Residential/Commercial Delivery: We ship only to verified physical home or business addresses.

  • Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may, at their discretion, leave the package at your door or provide a notice for pickup. Every Critter is not responsible for “Porch Piracy” or theft of packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure someone is home to receive the shipment.

5.5 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Incomplete Addresses: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a delivery upon arrival, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred by the carrier. These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund.
