First Order Discount Terms

Offer Detail: All new accounts are eligible for a 10% discount on their first order.
Calculation: The discount is automatically calculated at checkout.
Requirements:
- Order Minimum: The discount applies only to orders with a subtotal of $10.00 or more (regular price, before shipping and taxes).
- Quantity: There is no limit on the number of items within that single first order.
- Frequency: Limit one (1) use per account holder.

We stand by our products and accept returns on discounted items. However, the following financial rules apply to ensure transparency:

Refund Calculation: Items are refunded at the actual price paid (Regular Price minus the applied 10% discount).
Multiple Item Pro-Rating: For orders containing multiple items, the total 10% discount is distributed proportionally across all items. For example:
- If a $10.00 item is returned from a multi-item order, the refund will be $9.00 ($10.00 minus its $1.00 share of the discount).
Taxes and Shipping: * Taxes: All refund amounts include the sales tax paid on the discounted price.
- Shipping: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. Per our general policy, shipping costs for returning items to our facility are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Marking and Transparency: All items on sale or subject to temporary price reductions will be clearly marked on the Service.
Pricing Schedules: All price reductions are maintained according to a specific listed schedule for each promotion. Once a promotional period expires, items will revert to their original pricing without prior individual notice.
Transaction Processing: Promotional and discounted transactions are processed according to our standard sales processes, including daily processing through WooCommerce via Stripe, PayPal, or authorized third-party services like Affirm and Klarna.

Usage Limits: Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, clearance items, or already discounted products.
Non-Transferability: Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied to past purchases.

Status as Full Transactions: Special promotions, such as the Grand Opening Giveaway, are treated as full-process transactions.
Terms Application: All standard terms and conditions, including shipping and return policies, apply to promotional or giveaway items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Privacy Protections: Participation in promotions follows our standard Privacy Policy. Account holder and membership information collected during promotions will never be offered to third parties.

Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify or replace promotional terms or cancel active promotions at our sole discretion.
Refunds on Discounted Items: Refunds for promotional items are issued according to the standard processing window (2–3 days for initial processing and 3–5 business days for fund returns) and are subject to the specific Refunds and Returns Policy.
