3.1 Transaction Currency
All transactions on Every Critter are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion rates and fees according to their own internal policies. Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC is not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to currency exchange.
3.2 Funds Capture and Processing
To maintain the highest level of transparency and operational efficiency, Every Critter utilizes a Direct Capture model.
- Immediate Capture: Payment is captured in full at the time the order is placed.
- Small Processor Disclosure: Unlike large-scale retailers that utilize “Authorized Hold” services (which often incur a 6% service fee at the account level), we process payments immediately to keep our product costs as competitive as possible for our customers.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is captured, you will receive an immediate electronic receipt. This serves as the beginning of the fulfillment cycle.
3.3 Shipping Confirmation Window
We understand that immediate funds capture requires immediate communication. Every Critter guarantees that:
- 24-Hour Review: All orders undergo a logistical review within the first 24 hours of the transaction.
- Confirmation Email: A formal shipping confirmation or status update will be sent to your registered email within this 24-hour window, ensuring you are informed of the fulfillment status of your purchase in a timely manner.
3.4 Billing Discrepancies and Bank Timelines
If you notice a discrepancy on your bank statement, please adhere to the following standard financial timelines before initiating a formal dispute:
- Immediate Processing: On our end, the transaction is processed immediately upon your confirmation at checkout.
- Internal Bank Processing: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to process from our financial institution to yours.
- Customer Bank Posting: After the funds reach your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post the final, settled payment to your account view.
- Recommended Action: We advise customers to begin monitoring their bank statements 3 business days after the transaction. If a discrepancy persists after 12 business days, please contact our billing department directly before contacting your bank.

As a subsidiary of Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC, Every Critter uses industry-leading encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store, view, or have access to your full credit card number or CVV code.
